Planning permission has been granted for a mixed use retail, residential and office development at 101 Canning Street, North Melbourne. Designed by Principal - Head of Delivery Nick Nigro for Woolworths, the development comprises a retail level anchored by a full line Woolworths supermarket of 4400m², approximately 12 specialty shops/café tenancies, office space and a total of some 300 residential apartments in two residential 16-storey and 10-storey towers, as well as terrace apartments along Canning Street and Vaughan Terrace.
