Robina Town Centre

Robina, QLD
QIC Global Real Estate

Show Description

The $400M Northern Malls expansion of Robina Town Centre has positioned the Centre as the leading retail and entertainment destination on Queensland's Gold Coast. The expansion has added 40 000m² of new retail, fashion and food to the Centre. The retail offer is organised into very distinctive precincts, with a fully refurbished David Jones department store, Australia's largest BIG W, Queensland's first Apple store, the region's first Borders bookstore, and more than 100 new fashion and specialty retailers, as well as a 900-seat Food Atrium. The final stage, a new, 12,000m² Myer department store and additional specialty retail, opened in October 2010.

A feature of the development is a landmark lakeside dining and entertainment precinct with restaurants, cinemas, playground, a boardwalk and landscaping.

The Northern Malls expansion of Robina Town Centre was the Winner of the Shopping Centres Category of the 2010 Property Council Awards.
