This recently announced new hotel project is part of the proposed new mixed use development at 27 Little Collins Street, Melbourne. The 170-room Sheraton Hotel will be the first new 5-star hotel to be developed in the central city for more than a decade. Complementing the hotel will be 142 residential apartments and a further 44 luxury residences and penthouses, as well as three basement levels of car parking.
Construction is due to commence early in 2011.
