Station Streat is an active street within Watergardens that adds to the mix of activities at the Town Centre and reinforces it as a major destination for the whole community. The development comprises eight restaurants and cafes in an urban, contemporary street. It integrates the retail centre with Watergardens Railway Station and bus interchange, and incorporates the Town Square, which is a major public space. Sidewalk dining, extensive landscaping, artwork and lighting combine to make a vibrant destination. A new AMF Bowl has recently added to the drawing power of the precinct.
The inclusion of Taylors Creek in the development has provided the community with a valuable recreation area, with boardwalks and paths blending with the natural appeal of the creek.
Station Streat opened in December 2009.
