The adaptive re-use and redevelopment of Sydney's historic Finger Wharf maximizes the outstanding strength of the location with high quality public spaces and access to the waterfront. The Buchan Group's design brought to earlier schemes a better and broader mix of uses and greater efficiency. The development includes 345 apartments, a 104-room luxury hotel, restaurants, retail, a 63-berth marina and parking for 450 cars.
The $200M development was completed in 2000 and received The Waterfront Centre, USA, 2000 International Excellence on the Waterfront Award.
