Victoria Quay Apartments are the first stage of redevelopment of the Elders Goldsborough Mort Fremantle Woolstores, constructed in three stages from 1927 to 1965, over an entire city block. Stage 1 comprises 32 apartments over five levels, with ground floor offices. Two further buildings of 74 apartments and the adaptive re-use of the 1927 heritage building for a 200-bed hotel will complete the redevelopment.
