The design for this development is highly contemporary and makes a strong architectural statement that maximises the strength of the downtown location. Street-level retail gives way to two levels of parking concealed by a louvred, glazed facade. The parking links to the adjacent residential tower of 12 levels, with 17 apartments. The $18M development was completed in late 2006.
