Buchan hosts first EmAGN Network Forum for 2021

Buchan’s Melbourne Studio hosted the first Australian Institute of Architects Emerging Architects and Graduates Network (EmAGN) Forum for 2021 on 13 May.

It was fabulous to joined by forum co-chair Hilary Duff (Kennedy Nolan Architects) to lead an engaging and thought-proving discussion on flexible working in a post-COVID world, with our special guest panel Lisa O’Kane (Lyons Architects), Alice Alexander (Lander & Rogers) and Monique Woodward (WOWOWA Architecture).

Key topics of discussion included the failures, the successes, and opportunities that have arisen from alternate pandemic working arrangements, and how the architectural industry can seek to provide more flexibility moving forward.
