Two new major tenants have been announced for the upcoming Yamanto Central Shopping Centre development. Coles and Kmart Australia Limited will join the 50-store ‘super neighbourhood’ located in the South Ipswich suburb of Yamanto, one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions.
Set to open next year, the $135 million development will create a hub for the burgeoning community, offering retail, healthcare and public amenity.
Working in close collaboration with developers DMA Partners and owners JMK Retail, Buchan is providing masterplanning, architecture, interior and brand experience services for this next-generation project.
