Construction of Sovereign Hills Town Centre Stage 1 is well and truly underway, with the project expected to open at the end of this year. Once complete, the 25,000+m² community hub will provide a vibrant space for locals to socialise while enjoying a range of retail, food and beverage, commercial, and entertainment options.
Set in the Port Macquarie hinterland, the design of the centre reflects its natural surroundings through the use of bricks, subtle timber decking and arbours, and natural stone pathways. There is a strong emphasis on energy efficiency in all our work for Lewis Land Group, and this project includes a large solar array, energy efficient mechanical plant and collection of rainwater for all irrigation.
Buchan are providing architectural and interior design services for the public spaces, all centre graphics and signage and taking on the tenancy coordination and retail design management role for this Lewis Land Group development, with construction by Commercial Project Group Pty Ltd.
