Stockland Green Hills has taken home a win in the ‘Best Shopping Centre Development’ category at the 2020 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards.
The $421 million redevelopment provides the Maitland Region community with an abundance of retail, food and beverage, and entertainment experiences. It also includes community facilities – such as playgrounds, parents rooms, an adult change room and a designated Quiet Room – providing an inclusive and accessible shopping experience.
