Pace of Carnegie

Melbourne, Australia

Overview

A distinct architectural expression that is strengthened through the connections between people and spaces.

The design of the building allows views from all angles. It offers a modulated and steeping form that gives focus to its strategic location whilst respecting the neighbouring residential buildings to the east.

The apartments are bigger than usual. The indoor meeting the outdoor is thematic, repeated on every level with terraces, windows and gardens. When entering, residents not just greeted by an interior corridor, but get to engage with greenery and sky at every opportunity. Each of the 152 apartments allows natural light to flow into living spaces. Oversized hanging balconies interact with the site’s location that is opposite parkland to provide residents with more outdoor entertaining space.

The apartment interiors are inviting, with a natural palette of timber and stone that encourages residents to live within the landscape. Residents can personalise the spaces with a choice of two colour decor palettes to accommodate a light or cool scheme.

The 480sqm rooftop showcases panoramic views and boasts barbecue facilities, a 20m infinity pool and 60sqm gymnasium fitted with state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
