The four-level tower rises above Eastland’s south-east corner over the rooftop carpark. The 120-room hotel features first-class facilities including a lobby lounge level dedicated to meeting rooms, function spaces, a restaurant, bar and gym. Its position provides sweeping views of the Dandenong Ranges and Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
The hotel’s stunning interiors focus on spaces that reflect and connect with the community. The hotel lobby and lounge feature polished exposed aggregate concrete floors. The spaces show contemporary styling and the sleek furniture reflects the modern nature of the new hotel.
Having played a major role in the $665 million redevelopment of Eastland and its integrated town square in 2016, Buchan is very proud to continue the Eastland story. We worked with QIC and Acme to deliver architectural services for the hotel.
