In reimagining these tenancies there was a focus on re-introducing texture and materiality; the rich and complementary palette offers surprise and delight to patrons as they move through the space while a feature atrium within the central arcade celebrates the heritage volume that extends upwards into the commercial spaces above.
Adding a human scale, intimate corners encourage visitors to dwell while an abundance of natural light provides contrast and amenity.
